Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer – Bookkeeping & Accounting Services (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our bookkeeping and accounting practice, AccuteTechHouse. This is an on-site, in-house position based at our office in Satellite Town, Gujranwala, and it is not a remote role.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience bidding on Upwork, preferably within accounting, bookkeeping, or professional services niches. Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant job postings, write compelling and personalized proposals, and help convert leads into long-term clients. A strong grasp of English writing is essential, along with the ability to understand client pain points and communicate our services persuasively rather than through generic, templated pitches.

Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting terminology is a strong plus, as proposals will often involve topics such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) cleanup, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, and financial reporting. Prior experience with Upwork's bidding system, connects management, and profile optimization will be highly valued.

Job Details:

Shift Timing: Night Shift, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Work Location: On-site, in-house — Office based in Satellite Town, Gujranwala (this is not a remote or work-from-home position)
